A native of Hyderabad, she holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is widely appreciated for her compassionate counselling approach, strong interpersonal skills, and exceptional ability to build meaningful professional relationships.

Gp Capt (Dr.) Vijay Kumar Kaushal is a distinguished Indian Air Force veteran, strategic management expert, and education leader with over 35 years of exemplary service in defence training, leadership development, and organizational management. Born and brought up in Bhopal, he pursued his postgraduate studies and M.Phil. before joining the Indian Air Force in 1981. During his illustrious Air Force career, he served across several prestigious Officers’ Training Establishments, including the Air Force Academy, Navigation School, and Air Force Technical College, while also contributing significantly at multiple Command Headquarters. His leadership in military education was further reflected through his tenure as Principal of Sainik School Jamnagar and Sainik School Purulia, where he played a vital role in shaping future leaders of the nation.
A lifelong learner and strategic thinker, Dr. Kaushal completed the prestigious Higher Defence Management Course at the College of Defence Management and earned a Postgraduate Degree in Strategic Management from Osmania University. He was later awarded a Doctorate in Management Studies by University of Mumbai for his research on assessment tools and qualitative Training of Trainers methodologies.
